Definitions & Terminology
Report Status
Open
Report is being processed, not yet due or has no target date. The assignee must carry out corrective action.
Overdue
Report has passed its target date but has not been closed. Must be prioritised immediately. Further classified by CAT I/II/III.
On-time Closed
Report closed on or before its target date. Applies only to forms that have a target date (CAR, MCAR, PAVOI…).
Lately Closed
Report was closed after its target date. Root-cause analysis is recommended to improve the on-time rate.
Closed
Report closed with no target date (Surveillance Report, Aircraft Inspection…). Not counted in the on-time rate.
Overdue Category (CAT)
CAT I
Overdue ≤ 30 days — Monitor closely and follow up within the week.
CAT II
Overdue 30–60 days — Escalate to senior management and request a corrective action plan.
CAT III
Overdue > 60 days — Critical. Report immediately to senior leadership and take urgent action.
QA AMO Form Types
Surveillance Report (SR)
Periodic surveillance report. No target date. Generated from Inspection activities.
Aircraft Inspection/Spot Check (AISC)
Random or scheduled aircraft inspection at the ramp.
MCAR
Mandatory Corrective Action Report — Mandatory corrective action report from internal audits.
PAVOI
Post Audit Verification of Implementation — Tracks implementation of corrective actions.
CAR
Corrective Action Report — Corrective action report from external audits or CAAV.
MOR
Mandatory Occurrence Report — Mandatory occurrence report as required by CAAV regulations.
AMO ECAR
Internal AMO Electronic Corrective Action Report.
Battery Workshop Inspection (BWI)
Periodic battery maintenance workshop inspection — once per month.
KPI Definitions
On-time Rate
= On-time Closed ÷ (On-time Closed + Lately Closed) × 100%. Calculated only on forms with a target date. Target: ≥ 70%.
Repetitive Rate
= Number of repeated findings ÷ Total findings × 100%. Findings marked "Repetitive = Yes" in the form. Target: ≤ 10%.
Days to Due
Days remaining until the target date (positive = within deadline, negative = overdue). Calculated from today.

Filename is auto-generated with the report title and export date.
🔧 How to use the Export page:
Step 1: Open Export Reports from the left sidebar
Step 2: Choose a filter type from the "Filter by" dropdown:
  • By Month/Year → select a specific Year and Month
  • By Quarter/Year → select a Year and Quarter (Q1–Q4)
  • By Form Type → select a specific form (MCAR, PAVOI…)
  • All → no filter, loads all data
Step 3: Review the report preview on the page
Step 4: Click 📄 PDF or 📊 Excel to download

Frequently Asked Questions
❓ Why does the total report count exceed 3,000?
The dashboard loads the full QA AMO history since the Galileo system went live. Use the Year filter on the Overview page to view data for a specific year.
❓ What does an on-time rate of 12% mean?
Only 12% of forms with a target date were closed on time. This figure is calculated only on forms that have a target date (CAR, MCAR, PAVOI). Forms without a target date (Surveillance, AISC) are excluded from the on-time rate.
❓ Why is the Repetitive count 0?
The "Repetitive" field in Galileo must be set to "Yes" when creating a finding. If it is left blank, the dashboard cannot detect it. Auditors should be reminded to fill in this field.
❓ When is the data updated?
Click the "↻ Refresh" button on the topbar to reload the latest data from Galileo at any time. The dashboard also auto-refreshes its data every 12 hours (for LED / kiosk screens) without reloading the page or logging you out. Loading takes approximately 30–60 seconds.
❓ Why does Audit Plan show 963 records?
The dashboard loads all audits for QA AMO auditors (Vo Vinh Hien, Le Hong Chuong, Thai Ba Hoa…) from past to present, including future Scheduled audits. Use the Year filter to view a specific year's plan.
❓ How do I add a new user?
The user self-registers on the login page → Admin goes to "User Management" → Approve the account. Admins can Approve/Reject/grant Admin rights to other users.
